What made if great was Mr. Alex Gentile. He was a gentleman, scholar and a man of his word. - he was honest from the very beginning of the process - he follow-up when he was contacted - he was very clear and transparent about the bottom-line, the fees - he was patient during questioning about the process There were no surprises with him and he communicated that throughout the process. Mr. Gentile was the reason it was great. Others who I did not speak with verbally also did a good job.
