Honestly, I remember working the other folks who have sent surveys, but not Nancy. Nothing personal, maybe she was overseeing them, in which case, she did great and has a great team! Superb experience overall with emortgage!
I have done several mortgage refinances with Nick Dempsey, and the process becomes easier every time. Nick is a great communicator and is very knowledgeable. He responded to all of my questions in a timely manner. He does exactly as promised, sometimes even more. The refinance process was very efficient with my loan closing in a little over 2 weeks. I have also referred family member to Nick Dempsey in the past, and I would highly recommend him to anyone in the market for a mortgage.
