This is a professional moving team. The delivery was on-time, and the service was amazing. The crew unpacked our packages, placed our furniture accordingly, and took all trash away. They even helped us assemble the desk. The whole delivery process took only about 1hr. I'd use this company again in the future.

Movers didn't bring all of our stuff. It took three weeks to get it, but in fairness we did move in two weeks before Christmas, and where out of town the following week after our move. Unfortunately, the remaining stuff had been pillidged by the time we received it but the company reimbursed us for our missing goods and let us know they where no longer going to be working with the third party movers. In general, earth relocation was timely in responding to our emails, and did follow up with phone calls.
Communication was poor to be able to get a fixed date on when shipment was coming. When it finally came (after weeks of being in their warehouse), the movers were professional and shipment came intact. Movers did they're job very well. No hidden fees either. I was pleasantly surprised. *I upped my 1 star to 3. If it wasn't for the communications issues I would give them a 4 or possibly 5 stars

I used Earth Relocation for 7 years (1 year for moving, and the other 6 years for storage). Raymond (my agent) was incredibly helpful during each step of the process. I am from California, so it's often difficult for me to converse in Mandarin, but there was no language barrier between me and Raymond (as he is also from California). This was a great move for us, overall. Crystal was friendly and very helpful over the phone and communicated often - sometimes just to touch base and reassure us that everything was okay. I used earth relocation for door to door movement from NY to Toronto. The first phase of movement. Picking the consignment. They were punctual. The truck and loading staff came from NJ and were pretty much on time. Their packing style was very good. After seeing their packing I was confident that things will reach in good condition.
