I cannot praise the service from the team at Eccleshare Court enough, when I say TEAM we as the caring part of the family feel part of the TEAM, we are involved with care needs and our input is validated and acted upon, we listen to the care team/nurses and they intern listen to us and mum too. Mums care needs and safety in the physical and mental capacity form the upmost importance within our plans. My husband who has mixed dementia now resides in the care home after a four week trial period. I gave 4 stars as there has been one or two basic care plans that I had to address more than once. Its's early days but my husband seems to have settled in nicely. The staff are friendly, caring approachable, and go out of their way to help with any questions you may have.

My wife has been a resident for five years now. The care and support she has received throughout has been of the highest quality. All the staff I have met have been friendly caring and supportive and I would like to take this opportunity to thank them for everything they do.

The care and kindness shown by all staff is outstanding. The staff once again went above and beyond in providing a 101st birthday tea party for my father, including catering, decorating the dining room with bunting, tablecloths, photos, etc. The 1237 squadron RAF air cadets were invited, along with the Warrant Station Officer, RAF Waddington.
