Absolutely outstanding care and support were given to all of us. Hubby was admitted for his last week fighting terminal cancer Everyone we came into contact with was caring, compassionate and welcoming. We were able to visit whenever we wanted and nothing was too much trouble whenever we arrived. His last hours were filled with so much care and compassion, very comforting for us all. So sorry I did not get to do this earlier forever grateful!

The end-of-life care my wife received at Eccleshare Court Care & Nursing Home was second to none. The help and empathy shown to me by all the staff was truly wonderful, making a very emotional and traumatic time easier to handle for which all the staff have my heartfelt thanks.

My mother was suffering from Dementia and Alzheimers and spent her final 6 months at Eccleshare Court. A difficult and upsetting time for us all. The care she received was excellent, she was treated with compassion, understanding and dignity at all times. The staff are clearly very experienced, pragmatic and knowledgeable in dealing with dementia patients and we cannot thank them enough for their professionalism and standard of care. Thank you.

Lovely welcoming atmosphere - bright, with a team of dedicated staff. Not able to pick any one in particular (1 person) because every member of staff, in all areas, were professional, efficient, caring individuals that go the extra mile to make the residents and visitors feel at home and valued. Would recommend this care home very highly. So grateful to all staff.

My brother who was terminally ill with cancer spent his final week in this nursing home. He was professionally and compassionately cared for, made comfortable and treated with dignity. I was so thankful he was able to be at peace and that we could visit as often and whenever we liked. When he passed away the staff were amazingly helpful and comforting. Thank you all so much.

I am very happy with all the staff of Eccleshare Court who care for my husband with dedication and friendship. Nothing is too much trouble and they always have a smile not only for my husband but for me too. During the last stressful month, their care has never faltered. Thank you all for your care over the last 2 years.

My Father moved into Eccleshare Court in February a few weeks after losing his wife after 67 years of marriage. I live abroad and due to Covid, was not able to be with him when he moved but luckily his fantastic carer and friend organised everything. The Manager was so incredibly sensitive to our situation that she put me at ease at once, was always available to my many questions, and helped the transition into the care home go seamlessly. All staff that we have met have been extremely helpful and friendly. Despite Covid restrictions, visiting my father has been made as easy as it possibly could be. My father seems settled and content and is being well cared for. We appreciate the hard work of all the staff over the past year that my father has been a resident. Thank you.

I feel totally at ease with my wife being at Eccleshare because I have full confidence that she is getting the care and support she needs. The staff are very friendly and supportive and treat my wife as a friend.
