My aunt has been a resident at Eccleshare Court for around eight years. She is content, happy and very well looked after, by caring and attentive staff, at every level. This is a great comfort to her family, none of whom live locally. We have confidence that her well being is of the highest standard and higher than other care homes I have had dealings with in various parts of the country. Celebrations for her very special birthday were a joy for all residents.

Facilities and activities here are very good and there are some very dedicated and caring staff members. Personal care was mostly good. Management fell short in my opinion which concerned me.

I have found the place pleasant to walk into. The rooms were pleasant and clean. The staff could not be more helpful and friendly to get along with.

Eccleshare Court has provided my mother with exceptional care since she moved in mid-Feb of this year. The staff are simply amazing and everyone treats her with kindness, love, dignity and enthusiasm. Mum has enjoyed frequent trips out to various places and the activities. Staff work tirelessly to provide fun, stimulation and enjoyment for all residents.

Good care. Dad treated with dignity and respect. Staff friendly and helpful lots to do for residents if they want to - not forced into anything they don't want to do. Always clean.

We were very favourably impressed by the facilities and staff at Eccleshare, having witnessed how well cared for our son-in-law’s grandfather was. When the time came for Mum to go into full-time care, due to her advancing dementia, the choice of Eccleshare was an easy one. The decision is not one we have ever had the slightest cause to regret. Following an accident in November 2018 I was transferred from hospital to Eccleshare court. Was my experience at Eccleshare court positive? Yes, it was. I was treated with kindness and encouragement, oh and I must add laughter (laughter is a great healer!). I am at home now and I look back on my time at Eccleshare Court. I remember wonderful people doing a wonderful job. Would I recommend Eccleshare Court? Of course, I would!

We found Eccleshare Court Care Home after being desperately disappointed by the standard of care received at two other care homes locally. From the very first introduction, my mother and I were made to feel very welcome, the caring staff got to know my mother quickly as an individual and always work tirelessly to meet her needs. I was at Eccleshare House for nearly six weeks. The way I have been looked after has been exemplary. The care workers and nurses are kind, considerate and very helpful.
