We relocated to Texas about a month ago and our dogs got severe diarrhea with blood over the weekend.The only vet with an opening was Eldorado. They were great! We got squared away on flea and tick medicine as well as heart-worm medicine. Found an ear infection and overgrowth of bad bacteria in their gut (cause of the diarrhea). Not only was the staff super nice, but as our bill kept getting bigger they did everything they could to help reduce it. This hospital is the absolute best when it comes to taking care of their animals! My 5 year old cavachon HATES being boarded and needs a bit more attention than the typical dog as she gets defensive and frightened very easily. The last time we had taken her to boarding for a week, we could see how upset she was after she came back home and it took us weeks to have her back to her usual self. Only place that would see our dog today. Our dog was limping and needed to have his leg looked at. Our own vet could not see him for 3 days. This place was very friendly and took great care of our dog. The place was clean and able to do X-rays. I do not know if we will continue there in the future since it is not that close to our new home but will use them again if I need too.

I recently moved to Texas and suspected my cat had an ear infection. I called Eldorado Pet Hospital late in the afternoon yesterday and they were able to get us in this morning. Dr Reddy gave my cat a very thorough examination and confirmed my suspicion. This evening Dr Reddy called to give me the results of blood work done this morning and inquire about how Axl was doing. Our Ver Tech, Victoria, was wonderful. I feel confident we have found the right veterinarian for us!

Dr Reddy saved our 13 yr old Golden Chow. We were told by the other vet that our dog was probably not eating because of her age. She was so weak and kept falling. We thought it was time. Luckily, Dr Reddy was available on Sunday afternoon. He treated us and our dog with care and compassion. He listened and gave us options. After some tests, his suspicion was confirmed. My Bichon blew out his ACL and Dr Sanikommu took GREAT care of him. We had the surgery done and he's doing very well. And for those who say they suck every last penny out of you is just simply NOT TRUE!! I had an apt. with the SPCA MCK for both dogs because the SPCA is the least expensive for the yearly shots & exams. I called Dr Sanikommu to see if he would match SPCA's price and HE DID so I cancelled my appt. w/ SPCA. I take my dogs to Eldorado Pet Hospital for all my pet needs including grooming. They made up for a not so good initial contact. They took care of our puppy with a free initial consultation and round of vaccines. The staff was professional and friendly. The doctor took his time answering questions, place was clean. Thank you, you guys definitely earn our business today.
