Dr. Bhaskar was thorough and efficient on my visit with my Scottish Terrier this has suffered with severe skin allergies for years! He was capable of identifying the issues and able to point me in the right direction after going to the same pet hospital for years in another state. The office staff was helpful and very kind Jordan that took the appointment and the Doctors assistant Bestar excuse if any mis spellings. The staff was very helpful and accommodating with my dog. They knew exactly how to handle him and were very thorough with the exam. They were upfront about the cost of the services and gave us several options. The office was very clean& staff was very friendly.
Very caring vets and assistants. They want to do right by your pet. Called them and got an appointment really quickly.
I'm never one who writes a review, but I have to say the staff at Eldorado Pet Hospital has really won my heart over. Long story short, we were turned away by another vet because our dog was "too much to handle". Mind you, we just moved into the area from out of state, so I was really clueless on where I should go for many things. I called and shared my concern with Ashley and she was willing to help us. Can't say enough nice things about Dr Reddy and his staff. He takes his time and explains everything and answers all of your questions. He was very loving to my dog and clearly loves what he does. I found him when my regular vet couldn't see me with my other dog. Sadly she was very ill and had to be put down. They didn't know me but their kindness and compassion was genuine. He is the only vet I want my babies to see!
Great place to take your pets! Staff is very kind and friendly. The hospital is conveniently open 7 days a week!
We LOVE Dr. Reddy and the entire staff at El Dorado Pet Hospital! Brody is my everything and it took me awhile to find a veterinarian that is perfect for my pooch. We drive further just to see Dr. Reddy and staff. You can tell that everyone here loves animals. They also understand what it is to be a pet parent. Dr. Reddy is thorough and wonderful with animals. My trip to this vet seemed fair and very reasonably priced. I felt like my fur baby was in good hands! I will definitely return for my dog's future needs.
My 11 week old Australian shepherd had his 2nd visit today. No waiting and fast and efficient visit without feeling rushed. Nails trimmed, heart worm and flea prevention and couple of shots. Puppy plan best way to go. Also has pet baths available.
