I brought my baby, Buddy, to Eldorado Pet Hospital today. This was our first time. I tried for over a week to get my cat into his carrier, and the staff was so accommodating; they were so understanding and continued to reschedule until I was finally able to coral Buddy and get him in to see Dr. Reddy. The technician, Jennifer, took very good care of Buddy. She was very gentle with him and eased his anxiety, as well as mine. Dr. Reddy was very detailed with his examination. This is our first trip to Eldorado Pet Hospital and I'm impressed so far. Everyone has been very kind and upfront about pricing. (Sadly I've been to clinics where they bully you into various procedures.) So glad I found a nice vet for my dog!
I took my new puppy here for her shots, provided by her rescue group. I came a little early, which was good because that allowed me to do some paperwork and also find out which shots my dog needed from the rescue group. The staff here, especially Chelsea, were really nice and patient with my super active puppy! When it was time to see the vet, him and Chelsea treated my puppy very well. I've been recommended to this place. I'm looking forward to this becoming Creed's place of care. The location is very convenient and close to home. At first entrance place is clean and smells nice.Will update after visit
The staff at El Dorado pet hospital is very attentive They treat our dogs w love and care They always explain procedures in detail and answer all of our questions
This is a great pet hospital, they treated my cat and gave us exactly what he needed for him to feel better and i would definitely recommend coming here.

I can't say enough good things about Eldorado Pet Hospital! On a recent Saturday afternoon, one of my older cats needed to be seen as he had a puffed up cheek and dried blood around her nose. My regular vet had already closed for the day. They told me to come right over, got me right in and even with three medications, the total cost was under $150. This is a good veterinarian office (and bonus, it's next door to Starbucks). The staff is friendly to people and pets. They provide a good level of care at reasonable prices. Additionally, they have extended night and weekend hours, which has previously saved us a trip to an ER where we'd pay $300+ just to be seen. I would only caution you with appointment times - I've currently been waiting over an hour to be seen even though I had booked an appointment in advance.
