My fiancé and I have been taking our 15 week old puppy here for the last 2+ months. Dr. Reddy and his staff are so welcoming, very compassionate, and very professional! They call you the day before your appointment for appointment reminders, and they never miss their next day call! They call you the day after your appointment to follow up and check in on your furry family member! I would give this practice a 10/10 if I could! I'm very pleased with Dr. Reddy and his staff, they are some of the best in the business!
The facility is clean and well maintained. The staff is kind and friendly. They are fast and efficient. My dog has high anxiety and they were very sympathetic and understanding towards his anxiety which I appreciated greatly.
The staff is great and loving towards my two dogs! Always a great experience and was recommended by many people and very please every time we go!
Friendly, helpful staff!!! Reasonable prices, and a great Doctor was super helpful in this ruff time for our pup!! I will definitely be back!
I've been taking my Yorker here for about 4 years. The staff and doctor are so compassionate and friendly. They also are transparent about pricing and look for ways to save money. I appreciate that so much since I don't have pet insurance. I also love that they call to check on him a day or so after we visit them for an illness.
Great place. Staff is always very friendly...our dog enjoys coming here and very convenient location in Frisco.
Received information on the puppy package, good prices and friendly service. We also took our other dog hair. But today is our new puppies first visit, his name is Kai.
I've been coming to this vet for about two years now, and Always love how friendly the staff is and how helpful they are.
Like the vet a lot. Had cat fixed recently and followed all directions but she still somehow opened up her stitches. Was afraid I'd get charged taking her back. Nope, he fixed her right up without even office visit charge! Vet that stands behind his work. Already was our vet bc of our dogs but after this experience they likely have a client for life.
