Although the hotel room was clean and comfortable, not having room service available and limited dining made for a disappointing stay. The outside surrounding area has definitely gone down hill. Been to Reno MANY times over the years but has been about 15 years since our last visit and was looking forward to the return. Was extremely disappointed and will not be returning to Reno. Such a shame to see it let go and it was like a ghost town except for the vagrants.

The hotel was decent. The casino isn't as nice as I remembered it. Hard to get a drink on the casino floor and the machines were really tight. To be fair all of the downtown area seems to be the same.
