Wonderful Cocktail waitresses were lazy and rude could hardly get a drink while gambling so we stopped gambling and went back to our room Customer service was fantastic

Very Good Elevators stopped working this morning and tried the stairs and got locked in the stare well. We tried multiple floors and had to pound on the door tell someone let us out. Thank good there wasn't a fire. The room was clean and comfy.
