We had a blip night one. The thermostat didn't respond to changes. We called service and they immediately came to help. The fix needed excessive time, so they moved us to an upgraded room and removed our resort fees. We felt they went above and beyond in their efforts to make the stay a great one. Thank you, El Dorado.
