Great property smoker friendly

Average The hotel looks great but the room itself could use some updating. You can hear everything from outside to the rooms next to you. The bed is extremely soft leaving no support for the lower back/hips. The elevators are also very slow and left long lines

The garage only has one elevator working Taking forever to get anywhere. Also I side the casino those elevators only two were working again making for a long wait

Thin Walls Upon check in didn’t get a room with a pool view. The walls are very thin. The cleaning crew was very friendly and prompt with any requests.

We stayed at the Eldorado for Hot August Nights,and even though it was a very busy weekend the employees were outstanding.We ate at Gordon Ramsey fish & chips,El Jefes,and and a restaurant for breakfast,don’t remember the name.The food in every restaurant was excellent.Next time we go to Reno we are staying at the Eldorado.
