We always enjoy our stay at Eldorado. This yeaar we ran into a couple of un happy suprises. Pool did not open until 9 AM. Why not? It is not supervised. Arrived at 2;30 PM to check-in. It would have cost $39.oo extra to check in 30 min early. I understand if my room is not avaiolabolr, but this is just greedy!
Could not get the room cool, pretty miserable to sleep.
It is an old hotel, but the rooms were nice clean spacious. Parking structure was almost full when we got there so that was a struggle.
Had stayed here many years ago and wanted to stay again. So many changes over the years. Some good and some so so. Overall a good stay.
Good experience Room was very nice, clean. Worn in a few places but not bad. Thon walls, was woken up by neighbor using a blow dryer. Staff is fairly sparse, a lot of things are automated including check in and check out. Good food options. Overall good experience.
