Next time in Reno will stay somewhere else Bathroom wasn’t clean someone left hair in the tub and on shower wall. Had to buy cleaning supplies and clean myself. Close to the strip

Great hotel, great location, great staff, great overall! I think that the property needs alignment itself with modern amenities and needs to modernize. It has this feeling of being stuck in a certain time. I like that Eldorado was close enough to outside stores that I needed to go to and close proximity to the Amtrak Reno Station.

It was okay, bt focus on slat items within the facility and upgrade the bed to a more firm bed The bed was so soft i thought i was going to be engulfed into the bed like quicksand, hard to sleep in that bed, the facility failed to have salty food items available for purchase even in vending machines, this is necessary for those who need to retain water, chips and nuts are good items to carry Room was clean, i could not locate any spy cameras, view was nice the gaming machines were new and fun to play
