Rooms outdated. Like the layout of all the different areas. Easy to get around. Close to Bowling stadium. Lots to do in area in walking distance. Room rates were good for bowlers with discounts.

This is a run down area. River walk is nice but the hotels are circa 70’s-80’s.

Nice layout but the rooms need to be updated. Bathroom needs ventilation, popcorn ceilings needs to be replaced and the lighting is poor.

I froze there was no control of the air conditioning in the other than suite rooms.Safe did not work. It was curious how they charged 149.00 for incidentals on top of my room payment to you.

1st time in Reno after like 30 years. The downtown is going through transition...much to look forward to in years to come.

Carpet was quite dirty in many areas of the hotel. In the parking garage elevator, dirty word was written which should have been removed.

They get you with resort fees when you check out, but parking is free. Decent restaurant options in casino, so you don’t necessarily need to leave
