Very friendly staff. My only suggestion is to inform guests they will need to use their room key to activate the elevators accesing the room floors. Another guest came into the elevator as I was going to try anorher and told me about the key.

The hotel was fine I suppose. They have self check in which was difficult for many people. The food at the bistro was good.the slots were pretty tight.

Room had a very noisy air conditioner. Table game pricing was very high. On a Tuesday night the blackjack tables were either $50 min or $1000. Yes $1000…

At the airport, we waited almost an hour for the shuttle. I called the property 2x to be told that the shuttle left 5 min. ago. We ended up taking a taxi and when I got to the hotel I asked for a credit, which I got a food credit for the inconvenience. The hotel room is nice but you hear everything such as other guests slamming their hotel door.
