Front desk should be more polite and helpfull. And not say there busy while waiting in front of the computer being the only service clerk available atm and only have two people in line. and to refer people to the check out kiosk not knowing to situation. Or need training on how to check out early through the hotel and not send them back and forth with Expedia. Property itself is great, everything outside the doors is rundown boarded up and feels unsafe. Downtown Reno is dead. Very sad, stay in the casino.
