After a busy day of traveling and competing in a weightlifting competition, I was ready for a good nights sleep. Unfortunately, my room was right above the Novi nightclub. I was awakened by loud music and thumping bass. I called the front desk around 1:30 AM and was able to get a new room. I opened the door to the new room but was shocked to see a pair of legs on the bed. The night manager assigned me to a room that was already occupied. Good stay The room was spacious and very nice! The spa tub was relaxing and had good views of the mountains. The bed was comfortable. Only complaints about the room are no microwave, and the pillows were way too fat. My head felt way too high up. Room service was quick but got my order slightly wrong, nothing too crazy. I was bummed that rumbullions wasn’t open and other restaurants and bars closed 9-10pm. Overall, it was a great stay and the customer service was great all around.

I've stayed here more than once and like it' we had room 1511 and the toilet did not work well
