Heater didn’t work Staff member rude when checking out
The stay was average but the air conditioning was not good! Room is hot!!!!
We thought the layout was confusing and had trouble navigating around the hotel. It took several days to become familiar with layout. We enjoyed our stay and the restaurants were good.
Staff was amazing. Would have been excellent but I was on a non-smoking floor and continued to have people smoke by the elevators and hallways though it’s a non smoking area.
The gym was one of the worst hotel gyms that I have seen. The one weight machine was broken and it was in an emptied out room so SUPER tiny. We stayed during the week so the dining options in the ROW are limited. The room was in the upgraded section which was nice. The hotel is walking distance from the riverfront which I liked. But if I return to Reno again I would pick Peppermill or Atlantis.
Super clean Everything was super clean.just a little worn out.
