Very violent technicians . One just ran me off the road on st Charles because he was upset I didn't let hit cut in line . Then yelled at me calling me a a penguin ,, because I didn't understand his French slurs , and told me I should be talking to French to him
Thank you for taking my $480.00 Dollars and not really fixing the problem. Called to inform Electro-Aid. If you want us back give us another $285.00 . Very professional.
Electro Aide may ordinarily provide excellent service according to other reviews on the site. However their prices are considerably greater than those of the competition. It was necessary for us to replace a malfunctioning water cooled A/C system with an air cooled system. Electrode Aide proposed a fee of $750 plus tax to pressure test the existing refrigeration line. Excellent qualified technician … but at what cost? It was double what we expected so ask first!! An annual check up and evaluation of a heating system for 1 hour should not cost over $300 !! That is just Greedflation!!
J’ai reçu le four électrique abîmé. Il a pleins de ‘poques’ dans la porte autant à l’intérieur que l’extérieur. Je ne comprends pas comme vous pouvez livrer un article de cette façon. Je suis vraiment déçu d’avoir acheté chez vous.

Nous avons acheté et installé une fournaise avec cette compagnie. La fournaise était mal installée. Notre compresseur de thermopompe a brûlé deux fois à cause de la mauvaise installation. Ils ne voulaient pas venir verifier leur travail, il a fallu que je répète plusieurs fois pour qu’ils viennent voir. Au total, la fournaise et son installation a coûté 4000$ de plus. Je ne recommande pas cette compagnie.

I have been with Electro-Aid for over 20years for service . Bought a new heat pump /AC in 2019 . Always been satisfied with service until the new administration has come in. Their prices have increased a lot and customer service has gone way down . Very disappointed that I will have to shop around when my service contract is up .

These guys are crooks. I bought a heat pump with them through costco and now every year (for 10 years), they have to come and inspect the machine to keep the warranty. They come for 30 mins tops, and I'm left with a bill that keeps on getting more expensive. The last one was $300 (they use to be ~$250 pre-pandemic). They also don't even clean the outdoor units when it's cold outside and say that they will come back when it's warm, and they never do. Quand les frais augmente de plus de 100$ pour une simple inspection d'une année a l'autre je vais assumer le risque moi-même et si il y a un bris je vais en acheter une autre chez un concurrent ce qui ne manque pas...
