I called this company when one component of my HVAC system failed. The representative asked me what the problem was and interrupted me when I was half a sentence into my explanation. The remainer of the call was bizarre. The agent was pedantic and borderline combative in telling me that I didn’t have the problem I knew I had. While one of their technician came to clean my heat pump he touched wires which caused a spark which now i have to replace my heat pump for a new one that is about 12 to $15000,00 , that was the worst service call ever that cost me over $300.00. they told me the machine was old but it was working fine before he got here. If they have a conscious they should at least refund me that service call.

Hello Electro Aide. We used to be very satisfied with the service you provided except for the latest visit of the technician. His assignment was to connect outside thermostat wire (related to the dual energy) to our new furnace and it took him 3 hours to do it. It was very clear form his work that he had no idea what he was doing: he was running back and force between heat pump and furnace, was trying to convince us that our indoor thermostat is not good, etc. So after this visit, I would no recement this company to my frien... read more

WAS A GOOD. BUT SINCE NEW OWNERSHIP it’s gone way way down. Bad communication, missing service calls, replacing parts with non original ones and charging for original parts, no shows, hanging up on customer after being patched, the list goes on and on. Stay away!

One of the worst experiences that I had, super rude and unprofessional costumer service, Sometimes is better to pay just 1000$ more to get peace of mind. If you are sure you want Lennox brand get it from other representative.

Seemed to try their best but kept charging me for more money and never fixed the heat pump/ air conditioning system.

A couple of small things ……service guy didn’t put the thermostat back to normal setting …..we only discovered getting out bed next morning that it was really cold. Also didn’t put a cover back on the water drain pipe

We have had a service contract for 20 years after Electroaide installed our gaz furnace and heat pump. Recently we were without heat, service technician came, said it was thermostat, and replaced it with one for $240 plus tax (plus a labour charge). On his way out I mentioned I could not hear fan running on furnace. He went outside to check heat pump, only to return to tell us, it was leaking oil and would need to be replaced. Our furnace was put on Emergency Heat and we were told someone would contact us on a price for new ... read more

Over 600 dollars in services and parts. Our AC does not work. Company does not return our call. Had to do a chargeback. Services people were big talkers however nothing is working right.
