May 13 they charged us 556.54 to repair our AC. We are sleeping with the windows open as the AC does not fuction. It was like they never repaired the unit. Cleary this company must be under new management as the serivice has never been this sad.
Chqrged and performed service and nothing works.
Never using them again. They had to come a few times to fix my thermostat. First they installed a used Lennox thermostat. I told the technician it was used. He told me no. I showed him the scratches on the unit. He eventually installed a new one. They had to install relays on my furnace to have the dual energy rate. Now at -15 it is not working, and making loud noises. We bought our heat pump from Costco. It was installed by electroaide. We were very pleased with the installation. We decided to take a maintenance contract with them. Don’t do it. Most of the technicians are very good but the owner does not care less about the client. She does not follow up with complaints. Only after the third time (and 3 months later) did she have someone else call me back. There are other companies out there offering the same service.
Booked an appointment 3 weeks in advance but did not show up. Should just let people know if you are not taking new customers.
Under a heat pump service contract had a problem. Was not charged when a not very experienced serviceman examined & reported no problem found. Problem recurred and an experienced serviceman fixed it but I was charged and they would not budge. Great way to treat a customer of over 20 years who purchased 2 systems from them
In MARCH 2023, my THERMOLEC electric boiler stopped working. I called ELECTROAIDE. The technician said the hi-limit switch had tripped. He reset it and left. An hour later we realized that again we had no heat. We called ELECTROAIDE again and they said the switch and the control board had to be replaced. These parts would cost over $800. When the technician arrived a week later to replace these parts my son-in-law asked if he had checked the relays.
