Everyone I spoke to was exceptionally nice. The food was good. The s as apartment was good size. Could use updates on the kitchen cabinets and appliances
My son & I toured solo. The marketing rep was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, friendly & wrote notes on what I liked.
My loved ones have had a positive experience so far and especially enjoy the food, staff, activities, and spacious apartments. Some updates to the living spaces would be nice, but overall we would recommend this community.
Jennifer did a fantastic job showing me and my parents around the facility; she is very polite and courteous and knowledgeable; and my parents and I truly liked everything about the facility and it's advantages for them! We are looking forward to continue trying to get into that facility when possible; and hopefully the VA will help accommodate them with the finances that they will require! We recently visited Elison of Pinecrest for our parents. It has a very warm, welcoming feel and the friendly staff make you feel at home. The apartments are super comfortable and spacious. The activities provided are just perfect.
Friendly residents and staff. Wonderful food and entertainment. Beautiful grounds and pool.
All my questions were answered, toured the facility, given literature that supported what I had been told and assured that any future questions would be answered.
The extra services that my friend needed were offered for an additional fee. Also I liked the shared room situation. It was a great deal for her.
4 only because the food is horrible my parents state. And they close the dining room most days at 430pm. Which is crazy, but everything else is really great. If they didn't have a full size kitchen in their apartment we would have moved them. But because my mother can cook it's fine. They love the community
