What our family likes the most about the Elison of Pinecrust community is the staff members. Everyone there is very caring and very helpful. Based on the experience we have had so far with this community, we would recommend them to others who are looking for a place for their loved ones
My loved one is currently a resident at Elison of Pinecrest and her experience at this facility has been great so far. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff and value for cost are great. They are wonderful in all aspects, no down side at all. [Names removed] went above and beyond to make things wonderful. I would recommend Elison of Pinecrest to family and friends.
My mother in law liked seeing all the people -- giving her more opportunities to socialize. More people were living there, by volume. Other facilities we visited were quiet and we only saw à few résidents walking around on random visits. Pinecrest had lots of people around in common areas.Common areas are very nicely decorated, and furniture is Nice. It's a classy place at à good price. I picked this community, because I had a good friend who lives close to the area. It's easy acess to everything, and close to shopping, hospitals, and etc. They have a lot of activites that is available. I would recommend to others.
Highly recommend for Independent Living. My mom is very happy there and never wants to leave. She is over the moon with every aspect of Elison. It is an all-inclusive, wonderful environment.
We had a good tour experience with Elison of Pinecrest. It was a nice facility, but a little more outdated. That was the main reason we went with another facility.
Our family had an in person tour with Elison of Pinecrest and we thought the tour experience was excellent and would of been acceptable for our loved one. We just decided to go with another community because of the location, the price and the aesthetics.
The staff is so attentive and they take wonderful care of my husband at Elison of Pinecrest. The housekeeping could be better. Communication with the family is excellent. The meals are good, but he would like more variety. Yes, I would recommend this facility to family and friends.
