The community charges for all the care services similar to al a carte. I think the nursing staff is snotty. There is oatmeal every morning. I feel that they should be going to the kitchen on each floor. The community is bringing food to the resident's rooms. I wish the staff would encourage my loved one to participate more. I don't feel the value for the money is good. What the community promised isn't happening when we first visited.
A very nice facility with a large memory care unit. Unfortunately, we think it's too large.
our loved one moved in right before COVID, and from our understanding they had good activities before COVId. The staff greeted us right away they were very friendly, we would tell the residents were engaged. The pool, facility and dining room were pretty nice
I moved in at Elmcroft of Pinecrest on [date removed], so I can only comment on living here for almost two months during the COVID-19 and the restrictions were placed on the residents. I live in a Studio Apartment and love it. [name removed], Marketing Coordinator, was a godsend to me during my move-in and almost everyday after. I trust them, they give me a lot of peace of mind. They look after my mom on a daily basis. They go out of their way to take care of the residents. Room sizes are fine. Food is great, my mom raves about it . They have a great pool and patio. They offer water aerobics. I am impressed with how they have handled Covid-19.
It is everything that they tell you. They deliver what they promise. They have done a great job with the virus. The staff is friendly and cheerful. The food is like grand dining, like a five star hotel. It has diminished now that they have to bring it to your room. Everything was well displayed. It is the best in the area that I have seen.
They are wonderful. They have so much going on all the time. They are very friendly. It is a very safe place. They are so helpful to the residents. They are very proactive. The food is great, large portions, home made soups. My mom has a two bedroom which is great for her. They just updated the pool and hot tub.
My mom is 76 and very independent, she feels that a lot of the other residents at Elmcroft of Pinecrest are older and need more help then she does at this time. It hard to say more about things with the shut down due to the virus and of a lot of the services are limited at this time.
Great place! But is it too big for my mother?
