Since this was my first one, I have nothing to compare it to. The whole facility seemed rather ‘dead.’ Very little activity in open spaces and hall, where the model was shown, was completely empty. I found that odd. Dining hall looked nice and everything was very clean and tidy!
I have nothing to compare the value to. Staff members very friendly and always helpful and available. The meal schedule could be improved.
Everyone was so pleasant. I immediately noticed how many residents were out and about and engaged. The place was clean.
It's a one bed. We are very happy with the food and staff. I would recommend this community to others who are currently searching for one.
It had everything she needed and we just got a really great vibe. The staff is wonderful, and it gave us all the peace of mind that she would be safe there while maintaining her independence. I would absolutely recommend to other.
Lots of activities food is better than most that I have seen. Staff is pleasant and leadership is very accessible and helpful. My aunt is very happy. I would highly recommend.
My 94yr stepmother loves the food. She loves the helpful staff. Loves the grounds around the buildings. She really has nothing bad to say about Pinecrest.
We cannot thank the staff enough for the kind attention and for the needs and care Mom has had. It is not home but she is usually happy there. The staff at Pinecrest has been wonderful. Again, thank you for your guidance.
Elison Pinecrest is a great value for what you're getting for an apartment. My parents have had to complain several times about getting cold food during the breakfast buffet that they serve. And they run low on food in the dining room. My parents are having to cook most days. But they love their apartment and having a community to make friends. So overall it's a good fit for them.
