The staff is working very well with my mom. I am overjoyed at the staff and the way that they treat my mom. The food is good sometimes. Mom has gotten into the bridge and the outings that they do. This is a gorgeous community.
They offer any type of activity you could think of. They have happy hour with music and entertainment. I liked that when I first walked into this community it seemed like an active community. The entire staff is happy, helpful and right on top of things. There are numerous floors to this community. The food is excellent they offer a bistro and plenty of food selections. The community reminds me of a cruise ship in dock. It is really pretty with beautiful grounds. Mom's apartment is nice and it has a balcony.
Things are going well for my parents since they moved into this community. The place is clean and well organized. There is a lady that I know that goes and takes my mother on walks which she really enjoys! The only complaint I've heard them have is about the breakfast. They have a continental breakfast for the residents, and by the time my parents would make it out there, there would not be anything left. They don't have any fresh fruit. My loved one really enjoyed his apartment, it was very spacious with lots of convenient amenities. I was also very satisfied with his meals and activities they had involved him in. The staff where all excellent and very open to any suggestion and changes that we needed.
The community has a great location and all of the amenities they offer are wonderful. During our tour the administration had given us a detailed list of pricing and the cost of rent. The staff was not honest with how much we would be paying and it was a completely different price when we set a move in date. I ended up not moving my loved one into this facility because of that situation.
My tour of this community was a good one. The community was pretty well maintained. The staff I met was very friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions, it was a good experience. Their rates were a little bit expensive for my budget. It was good tour overall.
Was OK but rather small living quarters with the laundry facilities down the hall. No microwave and food was NOT GOOD!
The community has many amenities and activities to offer the residents. It was very bright and orderly. The tour staff were very courteous and made me feel welcome. We needed more space and the units were a lot smaller than what we were looking for.
Everyone seemed to be very responsive. I ate with them in the dining room and the food was good. They did complain and I have seen that the laundry area wasn't very well maintained. The grounds are lovely, and it's a nice place. The housekeeping is cursory at best and that needs to be addressed.
