The staff will go above and beyond to assist you in every way. I applied at several "Brookdale" homes only to be told that because he was 2 1/2 hours away that the "interview was a problem (among other issues). Brookdale Pinecrest actually sent nurses from one of their local sister facility. Wow, what a concept! 3 others didn't think of that or was just too lazy to pursue it. Our experience with Brookdale Pinecrest has been a very positive one! The sales person we worked with, Debra, was caring, informative, and just a big help throughout the whole process. The facility itself is well kept and clean, and they're doing a great job looking after our loved one.
The only problem I had was they did not make it clear that my mom would not be able to have her scooter there. She was very disappointed. In the future they should be more forthcoming of things. Overall it is a great place.
A Place for Mom advisers were the BEST! Very understanding that i had NO CLUE where to start looking for a place for my Mom. My Mother was a School Teacher for 30 yrs. Very out spoken & opinionated! I was so scared she would not be happy... WELL, she loves the Brookdale property A Place for Mom helped me find. WE are from the SOUTH.. U would think my Mom landed in HIGH COTTON.... This place is like walking into the RITZ! Definitely treated the best! When people say they are sorry my Mom is in an Assisted living... It's funny... read more
This is a very nice facility. The building is always clean and beautiful and everyone from the maintenance workers to the caregivers are so friendly. The apartments are really nice with lots of amenities. The food is excellent and they provide plenty of activities for the residents.

Excellent tour and facility. She loves it and it is very close to my home.
