We have had a recurring problem with NOX sensors. Mercedes replaced both of them under warranty and charged us nothing. Great service!
The service department decided they could not match Tire Racks price on tires. I ordered them, then the service department installed them. Great service.

There was a spot on the hood where the paint had bubbled up from underneath the clear coat. Mercedes had their body shop repaint the hood and it is as good as new, or in this case, better than new!
