The service department decided they could not match Tire Racks price on tires. I ordered them, then the service department installed them. Great service.
The downstream NOX sensor failed. Mercedes replaced it at no cost because it was in warranty from the last failure. Great service by Elite Mercedes.
Prompt, courteous service. Elite MB worked me in Tuesday morning after long weekend. Repair cost was reasonable and done while I waited. Good job Elite MB!
There was a spot on the hood where the paint had bubbled up from underneath the clear coat. Mercedes had their body shop repaint the hood and it is as good as new, or in this case, better than new!
A wheel sensor failed and the car was not driveable. I called Mercedes Road Assist and received a complementary tow to the Springfield dealership. While the car was there, they installed the driver side air bag device that has been in recall status for two years. All in all, a great experience.
