Car service was great. But they were supposed to and usually do wash and clean my car. It looks like they washed it, but the floor on the driver side looks like it'll be vacuum but the back seat didn't look like it had been vacuumed they didn't clean my windshield that I could tell and the inside was still pretty dusty. They used to do an amazing job inside and out but here lately I haven't seen it.

2.5 hours wait for a simple oil and filter change. And this was with an 8 AM appointment. Didn't get out of the dealership until after 10:30. But being the only Mercedes dealer in the area.
