2.5 hours wait for a simple oil and filter change. And this was with an 8 AM appointment. Didn't get out of the dealership until after 10:30. But being the only Mercedes dealer in the area.
Overpriced. Difficult to reach the service department. Sometimes I have to call three to four times before someone will answer the phone.
Did the minimum oil change. Didn't address other warranty issues.
I needed a diagnosis for my struts. I didn't really like the attitude of the service department.

Cost me near $800 for the B service, dropped off the car around 9am, picked my car around 6pm, no rental car provided! I made an appointment before came to the office, however when I arrived, waited almost 10 min without greeting by anyone, after finally talked with Jacob over there, he just let us know we need B service, even didnt explain to me why we need the services, my car just completed A service before Covid, during last 2 years, I was working from home, my car only have around 38000 miles, when I tried to tell him a... read more
