A wheel sensor failed and the car was not driveable. I called Mercedes Road Assist and received a complementary tow to the Springfield dealership. While the car was there, they installed the driver side air bag device that has been in recall status for two years. All in all, a great experience.

Make sure you check all parts of a used car. Service was great, but really expensive.
I can always count on them to take a proactive approach to my service needs. In this case, when tye mechanic finished replacing the main battery he came to my service rep to ask if I want to also replace the small convenience battery, which is now 9 years old. Of course i did and this is proactive service.
