Terrible service. They cant even fix a car. Takes months to get it fixed.

Complete disappointment and dissatisfaction. Car turned in for repairs, was in service for 8 full days, returned with all the malfunctions and unavailable systems it was placed in repair to be fixed. ABS, ESP, BAS, BRAKES, lights and message center warnings, Check Engine Light, Cruise Unavailable, etc. Returned after $2072.00 in repair costs with all the warnings, cautions, unavailable systems to be repaired still there when key was put in and engine started. Brakes attempt to lock on movement
I took my car in 6 months ago and told them it was the driver's front wheel bearing, they told me the sound was from things rolling around in the console. This time they still claimed to not be able to hear it and I had to come in and take a technician on a drive. The next day they changed the wheel bearing I had indicated before. My experience did not instill confidence.
Took 15 days to repair my vehicle for a simple check enging light.
Bad bad bad times. Keep taking car in for same thing and they dont fix it. Just keep guessing and throwing parts at it.
I will never again return to this dealership. I bought a 2006 S600 and in 3 1/2 months I've had to put over $10,400 in repairs into it, and that isn't at the rate a dealer would charge. Today I was watching my oil filter come off since I got stuck on my road trip finding out I had to spend $5800 on a new transmission plus $1100 in additional components, and back to the point, the didn't even put the right filter on.
