What they reported to Carfax is not correct. It states they replaced upper control arms, and sway bar links when the only thing that was done was a 4 wheel alignment. It took them nearly 4 hours to complete that.

Very very very disappointed. I purchased my vehicle brand new from here..noone has ever worked on my vehicle but them. I honestly believed their mechanic did not do some work properly. They told me I needed a transmission service, which I did. Less than 60 days letter my transmission is bad over $4k of work. After the first service i niticdd fluid in my garage, i thought it was from air conditioner. Car service was great. But they were supposed to and usually do wash and clean my car. It looks like they washed it, but the floor on the driver side looks like it'll be vacuum but the back seat didn't look like it had been vacuumed they didn't clean my windshield that I could tell and the inside was still pretty dusty. They used to do an amazing job inside and out but here lately I haven't seen it.

2.5 hours wait for a simple oil and filter change. And this was with an 8 AM appointment. Didn't get out of the dealership until after 10:30. But being the only Mercedes dealer in the area.
Overpriced. Difficult to reach the service department. Sometimes I have to call three to four times before someone will answer the phone.
Did the minimum oil change. Didn't address other warranty issues.
