Annual visit and I thought I needed an adjustment. Dr K did a retest and confirmed I had lost more hearing and she made the necessary adjustments. She was thorough, not rushed and kept me comfortable without scaring me because my hearing continues to degrade as I get older. I made the right choice selecting her as my audiologist.

Nicole Kovel is so very nice and informative. Appointments are never rushed and she is very attentive to my wife and I needs and always answers in great detail any questions we may have. Her staff is also 5 tar always kind and helpful
