This was the first hearing test I've ever had. I was impressed with Dr. Kovel's professionalism, knowledge, and the kind and respectable manner in which she treated me. She explained my results carefully and completely. She answered all my questions. The front office staff was very nice and helpful. I would definately recommend Elite Hearing and Dr. Kovel.

Very knowledgable and helpful. She helped me adjust my hearing aides I’d received from the VA who didn’t set them up right. I spent 3 months trying to get back into the VA and finally got an appointment for 2 months from now. I contacted Ms Kovel and she got me in within 3 days. She gave me a military discount and I’m finally able to hear again. Thanks for your help.
Yesterday, I had my regular hearing exam at Elite. In view of the COVID protocols, all the standards that the El Paso County Health Department & the CDPHE require were in place (all employees and patients were masked and spaced properly). This gave me an added comfort that my health care professional cared to make these efforts. Dr. Kovel was friendly, professional and informative, answering questions and discussing my specific state of audio health. I was extremely satisfied with the care and professionalism at Elite.
