I have been a patient for over a year, and every time I have needed an adjustment of my hearing aid, or needed to change to a different type of hearing aid, they have been wonderful to deal with. They are typical Colorado folk, starting with Dr. Kovel, and extending to their staff-never overwhelmed, always kind, soft-spoken and honest with me.

I can’t recommend Dr Kovel highly enough. She has walked with me thru an 8 month process to a beautifully successful outcome as I love my new hearing devices! They entirely work for specifically me, and my connectivity needs w cell phone and laptop. When wax was a problem for testing, she helped then referred me to an ENT specialist. When testing showed more hearing loss on one side she sent me back to the ENT and an acoustic neuroma was found. I was able to find medical options for treatment should it become necessary. Elite Hearing is a really great office. The staff is friendly and Dr. Kovel is very thorough and helpful. She explains things to you and does not make you feel like she is in a hurry. They offer great products and are good with getting your hearing to be the best it can.

The office is clean and welcome Ming. Staff are friendly and efficient. Waiting room is large. I was in and out quickly.
