RecommendedDR.Cindy Echevarria was very clear, cordial, she goes stray to the point and also give you recommendations. Explain procedures and medication. This place is clean , the checking was fast. The only thing I will have to say is they are a bit pricey..But the service is excellent. I went to another vet and the meds they prescribed for my pet were not helping him at all..DR Echevarria gave him a steroid shot and the next day he was feeling and looking better. RecommendedMy dog needed overnight post op care, so we took her to Emergency Animal Hospital of Collin County. The staff was friendly and professional. I felt comfortable that they would take excellent care of my dog. They called me early the next morning to update me on the overnight stay and I picked her up that morning to go back to my regular vet. Thank you to the staff and doctors for their excellent service

RecommendedThank you for doing everything possible to save Alli. The emergency care, compassion and love shown to her. I'm sure it took a toll on the Veterinarian & staff. To manage a dog so severely injured and try to comfort not only the owner but Rescues that step in had to be overwhelming.
