My dog needed overnight post op care, so we took her to Emergency Animal Hospital of Collin County. The staff was friendly and professional. I felt comfortable that they would take excellent care of my dog. They called me early the next morning to update me on the overnight stay and I picked her up that morning to go back to my regular vet. Thank you to the staff and doctors for their excellent service

Thank you for doing everything possible to save Alli. The emergency care, compassion and love shown to her. I'm sure it took a toll on the Veterinarian & staff. To manage a dog so severely injured and try to comfort not only the owner but Rescues that step in had to be overwhelming. They took care of my baby boy Jack! I am so thankful to have had such attentive and nice people taking care of my baby. They didn’t care how often I called to check on him and they still let me call with questions. They saved my baby and I am forever grateful. I would 10/10 recommend this hospital if you have a sick pet! They are quick, nice, attentive, and love all the animals that come through!

The Staff there are so amazing and quick to act. You never want to end up in the ER but if you need, go there. They will treat your puppy like one of their own.
