The office was packed but ran well and front desk was friendly I worked with Sam and he was super nice and again friendly. I appreciate this because at times of emergencies with pets it can be stressful. The tech came out and got info and took my pup back and then 40 mins later an update, 15 mins later we in with vet and made plan. I am 100% happy and would re... read more

My husband and I are traveling across the US to move. One of our cats is/was super stressed to the point where he was open mouth breathing and scratching his claws down to the quick against his carrier. the vet checked him out and gave us something to calm his nerves. The first day with travel on that medicine was a 1000 times better. Thank you Emergency Animal Hospital of Collin County for great service and for having friendly staff. 😊 -Chunk's Family

Our dog ingested a foreign object after our regular vet had already closed. We initially took him to Frisco Emergency Pet care where they dismissed us and said they could not see us so we took him to Emergency Animal Hospital of Plano. The staff there was amazing. They took great care of our dog and since my husband was out of town I had our 2 young boys with us. The staff could see my stress in the waiting room and brought my boys out snacks, offered them hot chocolate and even put on cartoons on the lobby tv for them to he... read more
