The trained staff and doctors were kind and courteous to me when I made my first ER visit ever for any of my dogs! I was scared as Annie was having very noisy labored breathing issues. They gave her oxygen right away. Upon observation and examination it was determined that her lungs were clear and the problem was with her nose!! 2 shots later and we came home. She’s doing well today. I’m comforted to know we have a great ER in the area if the need arises! Dr Thomas saw my Annie and treated her.

The Doctors and staff at the Emergency Animal Hospital of Collin County are phenomenal! No matter how busy they are or how many people/pets are in the waiting room, they are kind, caring, patient and responsive. They take the time to talk to the owners, answer questions and give good explanations so you can make the best decisions for your pet. Our cat, Fury, had to have surgery to remove a foreign object from his intestines and they took such good care of him! Dr. Yager was so amazing and helpful! I was blown away by h... read more

My dog had been having an upset stomach for a couple days, which got progressively worse. Our regular vet was completely booked, a friend recommended EAHCC. I called first, not realizing they take patients on a first come basis, and was told they were short staffed and to expect a wait. We ended up being there a total of 3 hours. But, I am happy to say, after the meds the doctor administered yesterday and the meds they sent me home with, my dog has a little more people in her step today and actually ate some breakfast and wa... read more

My Noodle had a bad reaction from a swarm of fire ants. While I’m sure I was a complete mess, the staff was incredibly sweet and helped me pull myself together. They were communicative and detailed in his care. Noodle is home and happy and has yet to learn his lesson about putting everything possible in his mouth.

I have mixed emotions on this review. While the care and treatment of our dog was top notch, the daytime staff in the front area was lacking. Communication is the key in any business and when your pet is hurt or sick, it is important to communicate with the families, even if it is just "Mrs. Hensley, your baby is resting comfortably, but unfortunately it will be a couple of hours until we can see him." I waited over 2 hours before I finally asked the front desk what was happening just to be told that a doctor hadn't even ... read more

Needed emergency vet care at 10 pm on a Friday night. I live in northeast Texas where there are no 24 hour vets. I drove an hour and a half to get my fur baby help. It was worth it! The staff was so friendly and helpful. Lola was never scared of anyone there. The doctor explained up front what Lola needed and how much it would cost. There were no surprise costs. I thought the price was very reasonable for late night emergency care. Lola came home fixed up with all the meds she needs and is already doing better! I highly reco... read more

I am new to this area and needed an emergency vet. This team is amazing! To experience an emergency and have such a caring team assist is most important. Everyone from the front desk to the doctors were most caring and helpful. Thank you for the excellent service my Priscilla received while being hospitalized.

Marley was discharged from another emergency pet hospital that will remain nameless on Monday morning with chronic pancreatitis and suspected IBD. The previous clinic didn’t prescribed essential meds for Marley recover. I rushed her to the Emergency Animal Hospital of Collin County when she wasn’t doing well and they were amazing! Answered all my questions prescribed the proper medications and were very understanding. Highly recommend!!
