Facility is new and clean. That's all I can say that is positive. Unless there is an advocate with you, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER allow yourself to be transferred here on a WEEKEND. No doctor available to evaluate and prescribe pain management meds, no dispensary for meds anyway, no therapies actively done, FOOD is not only horrible, but no attention paid to clearly noted dietary restrictions. Just imagine the horror of receiving foods loaded with gluten such as a hot dog, rolls, cake, bread etc, a patient somewhat disoriented... read more

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! If this place could receive ZERO stars it would be far too many. If not for a great family advocate fighting for proper care, this place would have caused more harm than rehabilitation. FAILURE to dispense life saving medications, FAILURE to follow protocol, FAILURE to contact family members in a timely manner, FAILURE to consult patient's regular treating physicians, FAILURE to develop rehab plan, FAILURE to follow rehab instructions from treating physician, FAILURE on so many levels from TOP TO BOTT... read more

My father was admitted here after extensive back surgery. He is a diabetic and they are miserable at monitoring his diabetes letting his blood sugar get to over 500! They keep him so hopped up on meds that all he does is lay there rather then get the proper physical therapy needed for recovery. His mind is completely foggy and he's more incoherent as time moves forward. He just had to be transferred back to a real hospital because the circulation in his extremities has become so poor his hand and feet were turning blue. Diab... read more

We had my uncle there for 2 weeks ..they made him worse ... We chose this place because we thought it would make him better..all they did is give him ambien and made him go to sleep...they discharged him 2 weeks ..He couldn't walk... he was wearing a adult diaper ...He walked before and went to the bathroom by himself before ...They screwed up all his medicine.... He can't even walk anymore because of this place ....this is not a real abilitations center...All they care about is the money ...What a shame ....

We had my uncle there for 2 weeks ..they made him worse ... Shared bathroom between rooms.... So sad if you get a sick or incontinent or sloppy neighbor. It can be smelly and dirty. Ugh. Let's just say the help do their best. English is a second language to most of these staff members... The women from the Philipines have a sweetness which is very different and endearing. It seems to be cultural. The best way to have a good experience here is to be very heads up and know yourself what is good and healthy and necessary for you or your family member. If you take the complacent path... read more
