Incompetent is the right word for this so called Rehab . Understaffed and staff is Sleepy because of long hours. My mom fell unattended and had a brain injury . Please. If you care for your loved ones dont bring them here !!!! Care Quality is worse then poor !!

BEWARE. Things may look nice on the website and exterior, but that's because they're LYING with stock images and equipment that are not actually there (like that fancy harness from the ceiling on the website). They serve expired and processed food that does not account for dietary or allergic needs. Drinks and foods that are supposed to be low or no salt/sugar contain salt and sugar! It's actually scary because they can really harm or even kill you through the food and almost died because they gave her something she wasn't s... read more

If I could rate ZERO, I would. Please don't bring your loved one to Encompass in Desert Canyon. Their staff does not communicate. The staff is rude and will never have an answer to your questions. Nurses do not communicate, and sometimes they will show up to the room not knowing anything about the patients needs. The case manager will never return calls or communicate with the family members. The doctor's visits consist of the Doctor passing by the door to just wave at a patient and call it a doctor's check-up or follow up. ... read more

Horrible experience my first time visiting this hospital. I went to this facility yesterday with my spouse to visit my Father-In-Law. The best experience was the lovely woman at the front desk who checked us in. She was very kind and pleasant and pointed us towards his room. Well that's where it went downhill. Upon entering my Father-in-law's room was rudely told by his nurse she was doing something for him and needed 30 minutes. We completely understood this and decided to wait the time out in the inviting lobby or "wait ar... read more

12/23/2022 Probably the best rehab facility in Las Vegas, but that is a very low standard. I was sent there to learn to walk again after I developed cancer of the femur and could not walk on the leg until it was surgically reinforced on Dec. 9. Due to an eventful few years i have much experience with physical therapists and the ones at Encompass were some of best I have seen -- expert, considerate, and kind.
