12/23/2022 Probably the best rehab facility in Las Vegas, but that is a very low standard. I was sent there to learn to walk again after I developed cancer of the femur and could not walk on the leg until it was surgically reinforced on Dec. 9. Very disappointed in this facility. I'd give zero stars if I was allowed. So here is your 0 star. My mother was transferred here after suffering a heart attack. She was at Southern Hills hospital which I really liked. This place is a prison. The food is disgusting and not healthy. The first night my mom was there they gave her a gross 'grey' meat burger with stale bread and smelly tomato with onion. Yuck! My sisters and I had to bring food from outside so mom could eat good. Now there are 3 of us sisters on totally d... read more

I was there for a month. It was a month with no sleep. The nurse station phone rang all day and night with no answer. The nurses. Were always too busy because they had too many patients to care for. One nurse did not like the way my sheets were messed up by my feet. I had been psralyzed so my legs moved every chance they couldvonsewientlty she locked my bed so I couldnotmo e it up or down. My mom was admitted in this rehab hospital & not really happy with the services. Their CNAs are rude! I'm a family member & we try to help out the aides when we're there, like changing linens, diapers, & repositioning my mom but for Cattie to just watch us clean up my mother & the nerve to leave the room because she said there are too many of us..!! Who the eff is she to say that??!!! She's supposed to be doing the work & not just watch us do her damn job!! She seemed so obligated to wipe my mother's bum... wtf.!!!!! Sorry ... read more

Facility is new and clean. That's all I can say that is positive. Unless there is an advocate with you, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER allow yourself to be transferred here on a WEEKEND. No doctor available to evaluate and prescribe pain management meds, no dispensary for meds anyway, no therapies actively done, FOOD is not only horrible, but no attention paid to clearly noted dietary restrictions. Just imagine the horror of receiving foods loaded with gluten such as a hot dog, rolls, cake, bread etc, a patient somewhat disoriented... read more
