Encomass exceeded our expectation in every way. My sister felt genuinely cared for by PT, OT and nursing team. But what really stood out was the case manager Thu , she communicated with us so thoughtfully and kept us in the loop. Thank you to this wonderful team.

My fiancé was transferred here from a Baltimore trauma center to do inpatient rehab before being able to go home. Overall, we were here for a week as he was able to meet his OT and PT goals and would definitely recommend this place to anyone. The food is tasty (especially the crab soup and the chicken tenders) and come with some tasty sides and desserts. All the therapist that we met and the reception ladies were helpful and always answered questioned with a smile. They have all types of environments to get your loved ones... read more

I'd read their rehab is awesome. However, my elderly relative never had an opportunity to get in, despite his excellent medical insurance. Encompass posed many restrictions on admissions and never contacted our insurance company despite we provided all recent hospital records and we knew our insurance would support this. I spent a lot of time on it, and was disappointed. I learned it was better use of our time to just hire a private physical therapy team, and that is what I did.
