Pathetic disgusting and lack of sympathy. This place made my dad suffer by NEVER giving his Parkinson's medication on time...even after repeated inquires to the administration. Once, shame one me...twice shame on them but lack of on time proper administration of med happening 6 times is ridiculous. This place should be evaluated for Medicare fraud

Do not put your loved one in this place! I agree with what someone else said. They do not know what they are doing. Every time I would ask a question, I would be referred to someone else. The doctor was rude, the nurses were incompetent, the therapists were demeaning to my mother, and it was a nightmare. For over a week, they could not get my mother's feeding situation right. My mother suffers from Parkinson's disease, and has been staying here for physical therapy after a post-op. The place is clean, has good equipment, and kind doctors, and that's where the buck stops. My mother's medication was given to her late by at least 30mins almost every time. Sometimes an hour and a half or more. She has also had her medication left on the table next to her, without being woken up to take it. This is unacceptable and negligent. Our father was there. He was not treated nice by the nursing staff and when we visited him the staff was very rude. They do not have private rooms and they put him in with somebody that was very loud and confused and our dad could not get any rest. We begged to have him moved to another room and he was not moved to another room. We finally took our dad to another rehab facility and he was treated much better.

My grandfather was in rehab at Health South Sunrise, Florida. The facility itself is clean and the rehab he received was very good. But the supportive services such as Doctors and Social Workers were not helpful and were not accessible. Bianca, the social worker assigned to my grandfathers case was not professional and did not do her job in a timely manner.
