For a rehab in this area, this is the Four Seasons, compared with the others, which are Motel 6s. I had to rehab after spine surgery, and was very depressed about the prospect of going to a nursing home, which was what my insurance was allowing. But, they approved Healthsouth, and I couldn't have been happier with the care. In many ways, they were more exemplory than my hospital where I had surgery. I recently spent 7 days in this rehab center. The staff was wonderful, nursing, OT, and PT. Knowledgable, caring, attentive, professional. The rooms were spotless. The meals were well planned and varied. I strongly recommend this facility.

IMO the best acute rehab in broward county.every patient i have brought to this facility always give rave reviews.its clean,friendly knowledgeable staff.the rooms are clean and has no smell,which is a big plus compare to some other places.so if you have a family member who needs rehab this is the place.

My mother-in-law's admission to this rehab facility was handled extremely poorly from start to finish. I personally drove her to the facility and provided a 30-minute arrival window, followed by a 10-minute advance notice before we arrived. Despite this, no one was prepared to receive her. When we arrived, there was no staff member to greet us, and it took over 20 minutes for someone to locate a wheelchair. Therapists are wonderful but care leaves a lot to be desired. My Mother is there currently and she has been left to sit in her room. They don't come back to check on her after putting her on bed pan. You can't tell who is a Nurse and who is an Aide. I have not been contacted since intact to know the plan of care. or how to access their said app. Granted she came into the facility on a Friday afternoon, they should still have people available to facilitate an intake all the way through no matter what day of the week it is.

The nurses are not helpful. Rhe wait time for one to come to you after you hit the call button is average 40 minutes. The excuse is always I was with another patient. At night don't expect to sleep. The play music at rhe station. And they talk so loud. I would never recommend this awful place to anyone

If I was to just rate the PT and OT staff, I would say that they would rate 5 stars, but unfortunately that is not the case with the rest of the staff, especially on weekends and nights. If you are not there personally advocating for your family member, they will be forgotten and ignored for hours. For example my family member was still waiting to be served breakfast when I arrived at 9:30am on Sat., while the rest of the patients had their food for close to an hour. NO STARS. (but had to give one star for this review to be posted) Our mentally handicapped sister was admitted to this facility after having a hospital stay. She entered this facility with a week's worth of clothing which ALL went missing on the 5th night of her stay when an aide came into her room and said she was taking the clothes to wash.
