I was injured in an accident at work and treatment brought me here, to Encompass Health. Specifically Dr Tennanbaum's office. Now that I am trying to return to work, I am in need of a referral stating that I am able to work. I needed the referral completed within three days. My husband is currently a patient here. Horrible experience. They like to pass the bucket. Came here in need for therapy, staff didn't read the chart correctly and insisted no weight baring on both legs, he has one broken leg. Orthopedic orders was to strengthen the one normal leg. They refrained him from therapy. Also, some sessions, the therapist is booked for two patients, so you have to wait for them to bounce back and forth. Nursing is understaff or lack of effectiveness. Miserable, uncaring rehab. My twin brother was in a severe bicycle accident with severE head injury, multiple broken bones, coma 6 weeks and not expected to survive. He came to Encompass after several months in hospital for mental and physical rehab on a Friday morning and was cuffed to the bed until his first physical therapy rehab mONDAY. The nurses do not care for the patients. My friend is currently staying here for rehab and the amount of times she's had to call somebody to assist her is ridiculous. The nurse would say she's coming and NEVER come, at one point my friends other doctor came in and even asked where she was but she was nowhere to be found. If you have the choice to go anywhere else please do, you will NOT get taken care of here. Still waiting for a response from Encompass. They do not return my calls. (Rhonda). Left many messages. All my Dad's belongings are gone or stolen. They don't care.. terrible dirty place and the nurses ignored my Daddy for days until he became gravely ill and giving him the virus. This has destroyed our family unit.. CALL me back! Pay for my Dads belongings.

My husband is there as I am writing this review. PT personal are very good. However, nurses are unresponsive to the patients. Roaches are present in my husband's room, even on his stand where they pit his meals. We are hoping to be able to transfer him as we are getting no responses from the facility. His medications are not being given on schedule and it almost seems that when he questions why he hasn't received his meds they just ignore him and it takes even longer. Lack of care from management is uncalled for.

I would give this center 0 stars if that was possible. My min was here in 2021 I was very impressed with everything.so when she fell and needed to go to rehab I requested encompass.i guess it changed names, owner since 2021 along with that everything since the day she arrived bad! I told every person I spoke with that my min has dementia, but I would get phone calls asking about her being confused, once o was called asked if I could talk to my mom because they couldn't get her to take her meds..I was on my way there but real... read more

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Family member is being held going on a week past agreed upon discharge date. Family member cannot go home until home equipment is delivered. This cannot happen until discharge people do their jobs. I hope Medicare gets involved with their questionable practices.

Calling them for over 1 year to get my fathers belongings back. They ignored all. Many items were either stolen or lost. Call me back please. I have called over 20 times. They did not rehab my Dad, they got him so sick with Covid he died. First hand involvement with my FATHER
