I'm glad I have an extended warranty. They pay for numerous things but the things that have gone wrong with my car wasn't covered good thing it didn't cost me an arm and a leg or of pocket. I did have I major problem that they cover but the dealership worded it wrong but it was the same part so they didn't cover it luckily I found out I had a warranty on that specific part and I only had to pay for labor but in all honesty I would recommend getting an extended warranty because the out of pocket expense is going to cost a lot... read more

After speaking with ************** was more than appreciative of her effort and dedication on keeping me informed of the features and benefits within my warranty package. Although I feel like this company gets people to pay for a lot of parts that should be covered in the policy and gives some shops a hard time getting repairs fixed. ****** for a few minutes had me almost believing in Endurance
