I have only had them for a few months but so far they have been good. Be sure to find out all the little details that they offer. I wasn’t explained how to get my free oil change and free state inspection and when I called the girl just told me well you have to file a claim so next time file a claim. I was kinda like really! I went to the place they told me but she was not very helpful but so far everyone else has been very nice. I am giving five stars STRICTLY for the rep that I spoke to, Miss GiGi. Before I was able to speak to her, I was transferred to a specialist that was awful. I told him several times that I was only looking to cancel but he insisted on having a conversation with me, after I told him I did not want to have a conversation, on why endurance is the best company over any other company in the United States.
