********************* helped me get a refund on since their was a mistake on vehicle when I purchased the policy. It was partially my error for not checking the *** # when I received the policy. Thankfully I did not ever need to use it and if not for ************ would be out the money I paid in. She was great to work with. With people like her the company should thrive and next time I am in the market for an extended warranty I will give Endurance the initial chance.
